Miscanthus ‘Red Cloud’

Miscanthus ‘Red Cloud’ bears masses of cascading, deep burgundy flower plumes which add texture, movement and colour to the late summer garden. Breeding of Miscanthus has ushered in a new generation of much improved grasses. Bred for shorter growth habits, earlier flowering and richer colours, the Miscanthus Cloud series reach just 1m tall allowing gardeners to create Prairie-Style arrangements in small borders and even containers.
